First, I paid the intial $99.99 for your service.The tech worked on the computer for over an hour, which was great.
Now on 11/30 I was billed $19.95 at 3:31 am & also billed another $29.97 on the same day at 1:04 am. I spoke with a nice lady who explained I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN BILLED AGAIN FOR ANYTHING, since I paid for the year service. I want my money back, totaling $49.92. This is to be used for my disabled son's Christmas.
Also, I think you need to run a new scan or whatever because computer has not worked right since.
I WOULD APPRECIATE YOU GETTING BACK WITH ME ASAP!!!!IF NOT, I WILL BE FORCED TO CALL BBB & ATTORNEY GENERAL.
